Default Thanks Billystix

I made my secong fishing trip with my new Billy Stick Spiral rod, and il have to say that I LOVE it... When it comes time to buy another rod, it will be a Billystix... I love the way these guys cast, you can also tell the difference when the fish pulls drag and how you dont hear the string rubbing against ya pole. I can defanantly tell a difference for the better...

Awesome rod Billy

I have been wearing my Stix rod out too. I use it every chance I get.
Can't wait to get my other one. It chunks 1/8 oz. weights pretty dang good.
I like fishing with lighter lead heads. For some reason, the lighter lead heads catch more fish.
I only have a big "Joe Tourist" type camera. I don't want to bring it fishing.
I need to take a few pictures of my new rod with a fish on.

Nice job cat. I am about to break down and order a pole from Stix as well - you could replace the late Billy Mays with that ringing endorsement!!

We caught a 4 man limit of reds in grand lake a few weeks back, and the water was also fresh and super clear. You could watch them chase a rattle trap down and smoke it.

Default cat daddy "looking good dude"

hi daddy
nice bunch of reds you have there my friend, thanks for the sweet words on the billystix,
i knew you would like the stix once you got the feel of the wacky way that i build them but they work, and you get better fish control with the spiral and like you said your line never touches your rod blank at any time.
it sure makes me feel good to see you guys taking a liking at last to what i do so maybe i am now at last getting a little more intreast in my work and thats a good thang.
thanks for allowing billystix custom rods to build for you. and if you want one of those camo rods just give me a shout and i will take a $100 ogg one or 2 for you if you like.
stix
