Basement is 1850 first floor is 1850 second floor loft area 450 so 4150 heated. This does not include all the porches under roof. There are two more rooms up stairs that we are not finishing, right where the dormers are.

Very awesome! I've been to that area twice. Made a couple week long canoe trips on the Buffalo River up the White River. Very beautiful out there, congrats!

Here you go. Was up this weekend to check on things

This was only about 1/3 way down, didn't feel like climbing all the way down and then back up, mule had a dead battery

They have been finishing up railing log steps and outside log rafters.

Saturday Morning Sunrise

After I soaked in the morning I got to work clearing and widening my drive way and turn around in front on my barn

Spent the holiday weekend staining and sealing all the railing on our house. The builder wanted nearly 5K to do this and I thought PPHHSSST!! I can do that no problem...........I now know why he wanted so much, took 2 days and 4 of us.

Here Im with my mother-in-law, Im on a ladder about 23 ft up

here you can see the difference in the stain/sealed and the un treated wood

Here is another reason we decided on this area, this is the White river, off of Bull Shoals lake. The water is crystal clear. As you can see at times the fog (over the river only) makes this place beautiful
