Default VB report

Fished this afternoon.. Headed to So end of the bay near the stumps.. Castneted for some shrimps.. Nothing..

There was a boat there and rhey were crabing,,, They had about 3-4 doz. of nice crabs.

Me and my partner (in his boat) decided to head to Indian Pt area.. With outgoing tide. We fished the cuts back west towards Hell hole..

Pulled up to within casting distance of the cut.. Water movng out. Gulp under a 2" cork...

First cast. Pop cork.. Bammm.. Cork disappears and set hook... 4 min. later a hefty 27" red is in the net..

2nd cast, bam cork goes down... 3 min. later another 26 1/2' red hits the ice chest.

Oh forgot to say my partner is still tying a jig-head on so he hasn't even wet his line yet..

3 cast well u get the pic.. A smaller 18' red.. Finally my partner gives me some help.. and lands a 15" red. I land a 15" red.. We make a move to the west..

Next stop. not as much bait moving... Fished a asbout 20 minutes and all are 15' reds..

Make a move further west.. Drop anchor .. My partner puts a 18 and 20" reds in box.

We head in so we can beat the dark..

Pattern is fish outgoing tide.. 2" cork with some berkley gulp ...

One thing I did notice was water was really up last week from that Low from Hurr. Patricia.

U could see were water was up and wave action flattened about 60-75' into marsh from waters edge.

Water liles were everywhere. There are lots and lots of reds in the bay right now...

Go get U some...

Cool Buddy! I'm off the rest of the week, heading out every day till the front hits. Starting on the east side tomorrow so hopefully I will have some good reports.
