Default Frying bass

Took out some bass that I caught in Toledo Bend and threw them in the grease. You can't beet fresh fish just caught, so good.0422171321.jpg

I use the Louisiana fish fry, The blue season bag and the red crispy hot bag and mix them together. It comes out good.

Freshwater Fish

1. Sac Aux Lait
2. 1 1/2# Marsh Bass
3. Goggleye
4. Lake Runner
5. Goushon (Opelousas cat)
5a. Channel Cat
5b. Blue Cat


My coworker caught 16 Sac Aux Lait off his dock Sunday, he's frying them at work tomorrow, I'm going to make a crawfish etoufee to go with them.
