Default longville lake

Ive passed by Longville lake a bunch of times headed to Toledo and ive heard some good things about it. anyone have some info? any public launches, fees, permits? I mainly bass fish, so If I make a trip that's what ill be going after

$10 to fish $5 to use launch. Not sure what has happened to that place the last couple years but it's no where near worth the $15 it cost to fish.

I grew up fishing that lake.... it used to be an awesome lake to fish....within the last 4 years is gotten terrible...Def not worth the money anymore.

so what yall are saying is its not worth making the 45 minute ride? no chances of at least a few hooksets with some nice fish?

I still may make a trip to just check it out. Theres not that many places around here to bass fish so anyone you can find might be worth going. Ive talked to a couple people who say its still got some nice fish in it.

I've always wanted to check it out. I see the sign going to toldeo bend. Is it a private lake? How big is it?

110 acres I think.... its public but 15bucks to fish it... in the last 2 years most trips for me equal about 2-4 fish... when 5-6 years ago every trip was 20-30 bass.... but some ppl caught some nice bass out of it... and word got out... and got whipped out
