Anybody been since the flood? Wondering if it is navigable and fishable.

I don't know about the pool but the water is super clear in the bayou. It is about 2 to 3 foot high.

I was wondering how it was out there, too.
I was told that it received another 1.4" of rain two days ago.

what keeps the water within its banks over there? Is it like a levee system or does is it overflowing into woods or something? Seems like the bass would like the water high in there?

They have some kind of "boards" they use to regulate the water, or something.

Lac. Pools water level is controlled by 3 spillways. The spillways have boards that slide in a track to control water level. In the event of the bayou flooding the water from the bayou flows into the pool. I've seen this many times including last month.
