If it's regulated properly it's fine. But when we have foreigners comin in breaking laws and raping resources. It's a problem

I know the owner of dons seafood catches trout to sell in his restaurant,see him out on the water alot.

i agree totally.... but there is no more gill nets so its not worth the time or the effort for most commercial fishermen

It is rod and reel only, and there are only around 15 licensed commercial trout fishermen in La.
