Wish I did! I like my squirrels browned with white beans and gravy. I also wish I had some squirrels left but I didn't kill many this past season due to deer hunting to much.

Wish i could keep squirrel in the freezer. With that said its hard to beat a squirrel gravy. Post pics of dumplings and recipe if you go that route.
