Where do I fine when the shrimp season is open and closed. Looked on the website wildlife and fisheries and cannot find nothing for castnetting on the refuge. Docking at Joseph Harbor Thanks whitney

it's always "open" except when some of the canals are closed during duck season. Check the shrimp season on LDWF website for inside waters for that area (area 3 I think). If it's open inside, you can catch 25 lbs., if it's closed, you can only catch 10 lbs.
