Default Chow chow

I jus picked about 3 gallons of assorted peppers. I have enough sliced pickled peppers for right now and thinking of trying some chow chow. Does anybody have a good recipe they care to share?

We'll we just winged it. Hopefully it'll turn out alright. We used mostly jalapenos and banana peppers, with some bell peppers, a handful of cayenne, tabasco, and black pearl peppers.

The only chow chow I've ever had was made with green tomatoes. That's interesting using peppers.
