Default Who's Going to Baton Rouge Thursday

I believe this Thursday is when they are going to voice about the Triple tail limit!........ I think we should have some more info about Triple Tail before we slam a limit on them!!
#1 they are migrating fish
#2 you are limited to days you can fish them
#3 they have slim to any fishing pressure
#4 Louisiana has no research on them
#5 we don't know nothing about the fish

I personally think they need a limit on them, at least something until they have sufficient info on them to make a ruling. But just cuz they don't have any info on them doesn't mean there shouldn't be a limit. Most people haven't ever heard of a triple tail. And until last years episode of lasmag TV that number was much much larger. Then that show comes out and shows how easy they are to locate and catch. Now every joe blow knows they can just ride around until they see a fish and catch it. Triple tail fishing exploded after that show and its only going to get more popular. And there aren't near as many triple tail swimming around as there are trout. I definitely believe damage could be done to triple tail with a rod and reel. and even more so with this oil problem added to the list
