Default Lake P today

Fished Lake Poncha train from mile 15 to mile 22 and I could not scrounge up a single bite. There was a lot of bait in the water and it was very clear, but I could not even Mark a trout on my depth sounder. I tried using rattletraps of all sizes and colors I even tried 3/8 jig heads with matrix shads of many colors.

Maybe next time.

My last two trips to the lake were about the same, very few trout but they were all very nice. I agree with bayouchub, go to the south shore.
