Default This past weekend

We had a group in from Texas friday and saturday. Took a ride to the east side to chase the trout that are very hungry right now. First stop we scratched a few. Pulling up to the next spot i didnt have time to put the anchor down. This was some of the prettiest trout I have caught all year. Saturday we went back tot he same spot and had the same results. uSaturday we a three 5 pounders. The other boat in the party had the same results. The fish are everywhere right now in Buras. There is birds diving in the Kellys Gap and Bay La Mare areas, also in California Bay. Iron Banks is putting out some nice fish also. All fish were caught on Deadly D bay chovies, and Arkansas Shiner Slug-go's, and Deadly D Copperheads. The fishing is hot and are finally getting some better weather days. Here are pics of friday and saturday. Capt Matt Caire 504 382 2370
