Default Big Lake= Big Trout (4-3-10)

Did well Saturday, kept 36 trout, caught more. None under 2 lbs. Had a bunch in the 3 to 5 pound range. Released two around 7, but no one was close enough to take pics of those two big ones. Let everything over 25 inches go. Was wading the whole time, didn't fish at all in the boat. All fish come off of corkies and top water.

Man looks like yall had a phenomenal trip, but why keep a tagged trout?? They are tagging them to study their movements. Tagged fish make up such a minority of the stock, need to record the fish's data & release them IMO. Can't study a dead fish. End of that rant.

Again, not knocking......great trip!

Think I was fishing right by yall at first light. I missed a few nice uns on a corky. I remember seeing guy wading in green shirt. Gnats were lighting me up till I finally gave up and made a move.

Chas, maybe we can narrow it down a bit as to who originally tagged that fish. We know it wasn't W since the fish appears to be over 12" long.

It was a 17" trout, the tag said something about being from Miami, FL.
???? Don't know much about the whole process.
