Default Duck lease 2 spots available

I will have two blinds available for this season in 2 weeks.. We are in Vidalia, La right by the Miss River... We have flooded corn, milo, millet, beans, and Duck Dreams fields.. We also have flooded timber... Timber and all fields have water wells to raise and lower water levels throughout season for big ducks... Camp house sleeps 22 people.. All pit blinds are heated, have dog boxes and completely dried all year..
Membership is 8500 per year which includes you and 3 guest anytime for duck hunting.. We also have bird cleaners and fantastic cooks for breakfast and dinner.. We kill mostly greys and mallards in the timber with woodies.. Fields produce some mallards but mostly widgeon, pins, spoonies, teal and geese.. We killed right over 1400 sucks last season and a little over 1650 the year before...
If you are interested PM me with your name and number and I will give you a shout..
This is a farm that specializes in ducks and killing ducks.. We have a good time but also are very respectful family duck club and always have kids around the camp...

Teal & jrboy guess y'all never hunted alond Miss river? Have seen blinds go $10k a piece with no accommodations just south of Vidalia. Great duck & deer!!! Not many places can compete & Usually no boats needed.

Lol... When you have a full staff to wait on you hand and foot, a 5500 sqft plantation home camp, limestone roads completely around the entire acreage, fully farmed ponds with standing corn, milo, duck dreams, millet, and beans during the season. Water wells in every pond and timber to lower or rise the water level for the time of the months for migration and you kill 1400+ ducks and over 1000 geese every year... Yes you have to pay to play... But what most smart members do is get 2-3 buddies to split the membership... It's not hard to understand....

Not that expensive in you consider everything included. Lots of blinds around Bunkie go for that and all the include is your decoys and robo ducks.

Thats really not a bad deal at all considering all the work is done for you. I personally enjoy preparing my own blind and like it done my way so that kind of set up is not for me, but for someone who isn't particular or don't have time to do anything but hunt and don't wanna go with a guide, thats not bad. And if you stop and consider the time and expense they are putting into this place, you would understand why they are asking the amount they are.
