Default Drip Edge Help

I'm building a 12'x20' shed and I'm ready to lay down my shingles. Gable on two ends. Should my drip edge go over the felt or under? I seen a few youtube videos that say different. One says to put the drip edge over the felt on the gables on under the felt on the flat ends.

Underlayment shall be installed over the drip edge along eaves and under the underlayment on gables.
