Default Chicken and Dumplings.

I make a mess making dumplings but i'm so glad my wife showed me how. Hand rolled dumplings are the onlt way to do it imo.

Looks good man. My grandmother used to make that often and it was so good!

I have done the hand rolled ,but i like using canned biscuits better . Different texture i guess.

I do mine hand rolled, but I use the chicken stock from the pot and seasoned flour.

Squirrel and dumplings in a Dutch oven is hard to beat.
