3 man limit in 40 minutes. All teal and one spoon. As we downed our last teal, we had 6 pins flutter over our spread along with 2 redheads a moment later. If only I had listen to my son, "hey let's not shoot our limit and wait on some big ducks". Hmmm. SW of Kaplan.

Two man limit out of the marshes of Boston lots of teal. Had some big ducks flying just hard to work with all the shooting this morning. The season isn't looking bad at all.

Good job! You have one of the better blinds in Kaplan. My guess is you've been having it awhile...

Serious about the pin/teal cross? Not sure if you're joking or not...

First year at this lease. The land owner had not leased this piece of land in quite some years. I'm hoping for the best. Last year or blind was 5-10 miles away in the Same area and it was horrible.

Idk. I've never seen a neck that long on a gw teal. And the beak resembles a pin. If so that's nuts

Looking at the picture....I'd have to agree that it looks like it could possibly be a cross. And it could just be the way it matured. I think.

A mallard will hit anything that stays still long enough
