Dularge Fishing!
A nice day on the DU! I enjoyed spending the morning with Sonny & Kathy Lovell of Houma. No fog problems this morning as we were able to get an early start. We started our day off in Sister Lake finding some big reds and only a few trout. The wind picked up and we put Plan B into effect. Water levels were high so we headed deep into the marsh where we normally fish with the Pro-Drive. Sonny and I started whacking the trout while Kathy took care of business with the reds. Nice when you can load the boat with trout & reds in the same spot! Thats exactly what we did! LSU chubs as usual was the most productive lure! Shortly after noon we headed in after catching about 60 fish. We brought in 40 nice trout & 8 reds. It was a beautiful day to spend in the marsh. Good luck fishing.
