Default Prien lake 12-11-14

Made a trip this afternoon to prien lake. Looked all over and couldn't find the fish. Made the run down to Haymark and caught a slot red and a couple dink trout on top right at dark. Hitting BL this weekend. Get at me if you'll be out there.

It will be fine tomorrow. A friend of mine fished that area today and that is why they weren't biting.

I caught 4 trout and missed several more yesterday in Prien, same spot as last week. I thought it was just about to get good, then the bite completely shut off around 10am.

Had two limits last Saturday north of the bridge in east side, Green Hornet slow on a 1/4oz jig head worked for us. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1418395707.818618.jpg

There were about 6 boats to the north of the bridge this morning. Lots of fishing going on in that lake.

There was 6 boats there when I passed on Wednesday at noon. It was probably a parking lot early. Fishing must be on fire there

Doesn't matter if the fish are there or not....the potlickers will ruin it. I watched a group of birds work a shoreline for about 10 minutes before I decided to head there. By the time I rolled up and caught a solid fish I had a guy at full throttle on his massive trolling motor come in on his flat boat and completely murder the bite, then have the nerve to ask why they arent biting. He big motored out and I managed a few fish afterwards. Even when prien is good, it's only mediocre at best. Sorry guys...I need to fish lol
