Default Hyd Steering

Running clients Kenner with seastar hyd steering and it has enough slop in it to spin twice before response from motor. It's a pain in tight quarters and dangerous at speed, any sugestions on what to do to fix it?

There is a lil cap on the top of helm....need to change the ram caps and bleed it to get the air out. Seal kit is about 120 bucks. You will also need 2-3 bottles of synthetic hydraulic steering oil. I would change the helm seal as well, comes with the kit.
