You can see how our spiraled guides on our "TWISTED" rods work. I caught 13 trout 1 red and 1 drum with my Duce Rod. My fishing partner wanted to go head to head, me using our "TWISTED" VS. ALLSTAR being used by him. Needless to say, I showed him why the spiral eye system along with the use of micro guides and the finest components will out fish any rod he would put in his hand. And on top of that, he bought one.

You are not talking about Duce rods, correct?

One of the major differences between our rods compared to most other rods, is the overall weight. You can fish all day with one of our rods and not wear out in those hot summer days.

nice catch, I've been using spiral rods for a couple years with micro guides and regular guides, and I'm sold on light weight split grips spiral rods. I've watched a few different rods break on reds from the rod twisting from the guides on top twisting the blank and snapping the rod. unfortunately for you I got a friend who makes mine, but there not cheap either!
