Planning a bit of food for the good folks of S.C. If i plan on 20 people per meal Should be good???
I will be staying inshore and know my way around if someone needs help.
My brother is going and has deck handed offshore and knows his way around inshore.
we both are willing to split expenses if you have an open spot on board.

I would like 2 eggs over easy, bacon, grits, and biscuits and gravey for breakfast. Needs to be ready about 4:30
Rost beef poboys for lunch
Crawfish bisque for dinner.

Going to do smoked pulled pork w/ slaw for sammies that can be eaten when ever ya hungry and enough smoked cheese n crackers to bind up a mule.
