Default Offshore Cocodrie Report, 07-09-12

We fished out of Cocodrie on Monday with Capt. Cuda Scheer. Weather looked bad all the way around us, but except for one twenty minute period we were good all day. Had one to two foot seas with an overcast sky and light breeze...perfect weather.

We got on a strong blackfin bite early and finished up with 39 blackfins, 6-man limit of red snapper, four lemons, and one dolphin. Exceptional trip and I can't recommend Capt. Scheer highly enough! I've been fishing with him for the last five years and he is probably one of the most intense guides I've ever been with. He does his best ever time to put you on quality fish and he works his tail off all day.

Anyway, here's the damage that we did....Good luck to everyone and hopefully this weather will lay down...
