Default Suggestions for an Overnight Tuna Trip out of Grand Isle

Looking to book an overnight tuna trip out of Grand Isle this summer for a bachelor party. Any suggestions of who to go with? Everything I look up says max of 6 people. Are there any charters that would take more than that?

The Steve Tomeny boats out of Fourchon take large groups, there was 3 at one time they take up to 15 I believe. Google Steve Tomeny Fishing

More than 6 fishermen may require multiple boats.

Last couple times I've been down I've only seen the "Louisiana" at the dock. Don't know where the other two are.

Most boats captains are only licensed for 6 people

Went on the Louisiana last year with a large group from work for a half day. VERY spacious boat! We had at least 15 onboard.

The Louisiana was sold to Capt. Ed Pitre but still docks at Tomeny's place. Southern Pride Charters is the new name. He is on Facebook, etc. If you call Tomeny he will set up trip as well as he still has an interest in the boat. They can easily take 12-18 people and I think the boats are rated for 40. Otherwise you will have to take multiple boats. Cost per head is about the same. The other two boats were sold and are out of state now.
