Same tactic as always call me on the phone so that my comments aren't public.
There is no way in hades that they can say they have scientific evidence that this limit will do anything to help or hurt the population of a migratory fish species.
Same old same old From CCA . Feel good ideas that they can bull chip the LDWFC with and get them passed.

They have plenty of data on when they mature, how often the spawn, and they are vulnerable to hooks. BUT SHOW ME WHERE THEY ARE OVER FISHED!! SHOW ME THE STOCK ASSESSMENT. like one idiot on la sportsman said. "Better to be safe than sorry". THAT'S WHAT YOU GOT!

Id like to know how many avid anglers can go catch tt or trophy trout on a regular basis or your upper $$$$ fisherman CCA can do this on a regular basis, id say 1% just a guess could catch either one on a reg basis....Whens the last time you saw an upper chalant CCA CEO or VP on the lake.......anyone!!!
