Default Sliderday Night Burgers

I had errands to run yesterday afternoon and I intended to pick up a roast and grind it up myself but I ended up running short on time. I happened to be at Rouse's and one of the meat dept. workers had just come out with freshly ground 80/20 meat so I grabbed a pack of right about two pounds.
When I got home I seasoned it with just black pepper and sea salt and separated it into two portions. about one pound each I put each into one gallon size Zip Lock bags. Handling carefully to not make it too dense worked it out flat and gently used a rolling pin for even thickness.

I forgot to get picture of how I cut the bags of meat but each one gallon bag makes nine perfect slider sized burger patties.

These don't take long to grill and it's time to grab a cold beer for liquid refreshment.

Everybody here loves sliders. Delicious and yet small enough that if you want another one they're no so big that you can't finish it and overstuff yourself. I had two with fresh shredded cheddar cheese and thin sliced onions and pickles along with some fries and it was perfect.

Looks awesome as usual sig. I like your unique style and twist to your dishes.

I cook my burgers 85/15 ground sirloin and dump pig stand BBQ in it and that's it. Hit them over high heat to sear the outside and chow down!

Don't even need buns the dang meat is soooo good!

There were Pepperidge Farms Slider Buns. I like these better than the Hawaiian buns. Lightly toasted they are fantastic!
