I was thinking a few with callers and rags and know the gig a d few that don't get to hunt private lease and do this style this much. I was told min 6 max 13 and ill c sat how that worx and go from there

Putting my name on waiting list.

I have done this before but was back when conservation season first opened. Sounds like a fun time and good luck to all.

Today no shots fired. I didn't go and two guys did. They said they messed up on 3opps and didn't shoot. Bottom line they were set up wrong IMO. That's ok no education given! Tomorrow different setup few fields over should cut em off. We will c. Ill report here then can go from there. Didnt someone say they had rags and a caller?!??! That would be cool with 2 and more than 250rags

Ok here's the scoop. Saturday they set up bad wrong and all the geese they shoulda shot started circling behind them. There's a body of geese due south and yesterday we just didnt have enough rags to compete NOT EVEN CLOSE. We shot at 5 groups that looked to me to be for sure close e bought I ground check n missed. Don't know y I missed but I did. Anywho we would definately need more rags and a caller because I wanna throw mine in the trash... Lol. I'm game but its gonna be wet... Tons of geese in the area. Let me know so we can plan on something

We put out approx 900 decoys. Rags, full bodies, and shells. We had 2 tornado machines 14 silo sock flyers and 2 e callers. Killed 6 geese. Seems they are already wise to the spreads. Of course there was a big body just south of us and it was sucking everything in. Come on duck season!! I hate snow geese.

I'm not an expert and I probably got lucky but all I put out yesterday was 12 snow and blue decoys and 6 spec decoys I didn't use an e caller but like I said I most probably got lucky bc they had been using the field we hunted

It helps a lot if they've been using the field. Also I'm no expert at hunting them buzzards but I think just a few full bodies works better than rags. They were freaking out over our spread.
