Default Lacassine pool 4-7-11

Caught 7 bass but nothing with size. Winds picked up about 9:30 am and I called it a day. Everything caught on watermelon baby brushhog.

On a sidenote I also caught two choupique or bowfin whatever you call them. A little info for everyone, they have teeth and if they bite down on the inside of your leg you will have to pry there mouth open to get your skin back. If it would have been about 4 inches to the left I would have been in trouble. LOL

I cant stand choupique! Old prehistoric lookin little critters, kinda freak me out. I like that setup on your yak.

That area has the School Board section in it. Prolly the nicest marsh in Lacassine.
Lots of lillies and clean water.
I hunted gators in it, but the School Board section was off limits to hunting.
I hunted all the area to the right of the main canal in the picture and the outside.

it is a pretty big area but right now with the water so low you can only fish the canal that circles it.
