Default red fish chowder

saute really well a stick of butter and 2 onions...
add 2 cans of cream of potato and 2 cans of cream of celery soup
1 can of Rotel
Cook for 30-45 minutes on med heat

I add a pound of shrimp and I clean the meat off the red fish (try not to get too close to the skin) about 1-2 lbs of meat. I cube the redfish meat and cut the shrimp in 2-3 pieces
add redfish cubes and shrimp.....
Bring fire down and let cook on low for 15-20 minutes....
pretty good stuff...

That looks simple enough for my wife to do.
I got the fish, onions and shrimps already.

Thanks.

Do you add H2O with the cream of celery and potato, or do you add milk? What liquid do you use? Chicken stock?

None....you have the four cans of soup and the can of rotel. However, if you want to water it down you can add milk or water. If you do not water it down, it is pretty rich tasting...
