Grilled venison - backstrap stuffed with onions and bellpeppers, backstrap kabobs stuffed with cream cheese and jalapenos and wrapped in bacon, grilled corn on the cob and rice dressing made with venison/brisket.

i had that thought too, but the crawfish out weighed the duck. and i don't have too many duck breasts. save em for gumbo.

Boneless and bone in buffalo wings, fried jalape?os, onion rings, and homemade french fries and plenty of Modelo brewskies and other adult beverages. Might even throw some shrimp, crawfish and backstrap in while the grease is hot too.
