Default Henderson 3-15-11 AM

Well fished the AM with my buddy and we managed to catch 7 bass, mostly between 12-16 inches with the biggest going 1.6lbs. Not much to write about but I was happy we did that good with the water conditions...I am still learning how to bass fish henderson and learn a little more each time. Most were caught on Green Crawfish with Redflake. Happy fishing...oh I finally had a bite on a fluke but missed it...I will catch a bass on a fluke one day.

With flukes I find its best to push the hook all the way through it and barrely stick the tip in the top of the bait.it's a thicker soft plastic that can be hard to get a good hook set with the usual texas rig.

Next week or so should be better but I am learning you just need to switch tactics a little
