Default Floating dock

Anyone have any experience with floating docks? I was wanting to build a floating dock that is the width of 1 barrel wide. and about 16' long. I'm afraid it will be to wobbly. anyone have any input.

Put some ballast water in your barrels and it won't be wobbly.

The best way we have found is to ballast tehm down to the level ya want takes a lil experimenting We use concrete and measure it out in batches till we get it right. Fill the rest of the drums with Styrofoam. Folks like to shoot em and the foam keeps em from taking on water.
