Default home made trailer question

Does anyone know the procedure for getting a homemade boat trailer registered and titled?

Receipts for all materials and I mean ALL materials. Take it to State Trooper hq. They'll inspect and stamp it.

how much do you want for the boat and what ever you plan to sell before you go through the trouble of the trailer, just thinkin it might be worth trying to sell like it is

If you know a state trooper in your area you can get with him/her to stamp it..My dad and I made a utility trailer and a local state trooper came to his shop and stamped it for him and gave up all the papers needed for the DMV.
