Glad I was in school in the days were we hunted before class and left our guns on the front seat of our trucks during school hours

Did that in high school during teal season...same day they brought the dogs in to check the parking lot. Glad the principal was understanding, let me call my dad to come get the gun.

I wouldn't call somebody to come get my gun. That just makes it easier to get caught.

I have to be with W on this one. Everytime the dogs came to my highschool I got pulled out of class weather it was a 22 shell, shot gunshell,or either of the guns. He would cover for me.

In the 80's, duck season, you couldn't find a truck in MCHS' lot without a shotgun (or two) in it... Different times now ...

Today the gun itself is a threat or the "villain", not the one using it... When is the last time you saw a "criminal free zone" ???

Very sad actually...

Our teachers would warn us when the dogs were coming to NDHS and they would round them up and bring them to there house and we would go get them after class was over.
