Hey guys.... dont forget to make sure you have all of your required safety equipment before you take off or you will get one of these.. This was a warning for not having my throw cushion..

they writing tickets now for that!? i wear mine since i know its the law, but i heard they wasn't giving tickets for it til every one was well aware of it

You don't wear a throw cushion fool I always keep mine attached to my leaning post with a velcro strap. The USCG loves it when they approach you and see it readily accessible. It makes the rest of the safety check go that much easier.

That was my fault... I had to go and edit the post.. Fool didnt know it was for me not having a throw cusshion untill i wnet and edited the post..LOL...

that guy Tom that me and w took to see his wrecked boat wore one in 12 inches of water and dog paddled in the mud to his boat. he was pretty tuned up on pain killers tho.

I got one of those last year for not having a "sound producing device" on board. I said to Mr. Greenjeans, "You see how big my mouff is, I can produce a lot of sound with it." He gave me my warning and told me to get a whistle. So now I have a whistle in my boat.
