Default Big Lake 5/27/11

Made another quick trip this morning with my son. We had a one man limit at around 8:00 and then like a switch the bite turned off and the wind picked up. We ended with around 18 and called it a day before 10:00. We had a ton of throw backs.

All fish were caught on live shrimp under a Cajun Thunder.

We just kept drifting back over the reef we were fishing, a two man limit would have been easy with an anchor. We ended the day with around 25 trout and a redfish. We had a great time and he drove us back to the camp, it good to be on the water with my little guy....

We cheated, all fish were caught on live shrimp under a Cajun Thunder

I called my boat dealer he told me they are having problems with the control panal on Talon's and I have to bring it in and get a new one. I dont' have time for that right now, I guess I will be using a real anchor for now...

See below from today.
