Funny you say that, i actually was planning on going take some cause how nasty it was looking out there but forgot, water was way out past the public pier and was evil looking

"W" I know I told u I was gonna go and I did but the lake won. Irun to the island and turned around and took a azz wippn back to ole river. Crab traps in ol river drifted all over the place. Did not make a cast. Thought about bringingit but I'm glad I left it in the truck. Be glad when I get my motor cover back.Ole gray can take it but I've gotten spoiled to my center console. Lake was awful dirty and diffently too rough to fish the reef's. Back to work in the morning.

Shouldn't take long for salinity to return the way the water is receding by Monday it should have some good condition's again.

Water in Contraband Bayou at Olmsted Shipyard was about 2.5 ft. lower than normal today at 4 pm.

Going sat. looks like 5mph winds tide doesnt look great but i didnt get my weekly night fishing in so I need my fix and go beat up Ws hole while hes gone.......
