I wear my life vest more out of teaching my kids to wear theirs, is it required that kids take a boaters course???? I mean like being born after this date you have to take it like hunter safety course

No I don't know anyone, I had heard about this from someone...just verified with a search. My little boy is still in the wife's oven, so I have some time before I have to follow this too!!

Yeah I just tell my wife it's for them, I think and this is my opinion, they are more for bass fishing, bass have a toough mouth and specks not so much I fish both fresh and salt,I was buying costume pole from a guy in Crowley his pole worked for both, and he doesn't do it any more, so I'm going to try something new, I want a pole that will work for both, softer tip for specks but still strong enough to horse bass out of grass

Yeah the only models they offer have a too much backbone for specs, but could make a sweet redfish rod...
