Default Basin Bass Limit

Today starts the no size limit and 7 fish per person. Boudreaux and Thibedeaux gunna wipe out the population.

I personally don't feel sorry for the bass or bass fisher guys. I have seen to many times where us perch jerkers are bounced around by those big expensive boats. I wonder how many bream and sacalait are prey for the almighty bass.

I hear ya...I don't have a big expensive boat and I fish and eat bass, bream, and sacalait. Curious to see how the fishery will respond to the new rules.

The 7 fish limit is only for the first 2 years then it goes back to 10 fish. They know there will be a lot of fish kept for a little while so that's why they did that. Bass fishing was just fine before hurricane Andrew and the new size limit. And it will do just fine now.
