Default Fishing at the Rock tomorrow

me and my son gonna try to catch some shrimp, got our limit last Saturday. Also want to try catching some reds. Anyone experienced with Rockefeller know of any hot spots/baits/depth they would be willing to share? Thanks guys!

Fish the headquarter canal and bertrand canal....coming from the launch take a right at the t....follow the canal down and you will see two water control structures. The one on the left you can pass your boat through,this is the bertrand canal. Fish the banks on both sides with gulp or even better live finger mullet under a cork. Last time I went we never made it to the bertrand just fished in the headquarter canal just past the water control structures. Glow gulp shrimp 1/4 oz jighead tightlined worked good that day.

Buddies limited out there on a sunday, went on a monday and not a fish and water was moving. Sometimes that is how it goes.

Yep....you can fish at the mouth of the gulf if it's not too rough.
