So how is it handled in states where marijuana is legal? Of course no one will be able to be high at work, just like you can't be drunk at work.

Company policy is going to overide the states position on legalization, if they have drug testing & you test over the limit you're gonna be disciplined accordingly. Current testing is not that sophisticated, that may change in the future, with the rapid advances in technology who knows?

I agree. That's what I meant regarding more states legalizing it. Right now for the most part tests don't have to be that precise, but in states like Colorado it would be nice if they could tell if you went in the bathroom on break and smoked one or if it was Saturday night.

It's not that tests don't have to be that precise, I believe the technology just isn't there yet. Until then gonna have to suffer thru that 100K plus job, plus benefits until technology catches up. On a more positive note Wal Mart is hiring, @ $10 hr, no drug testing LOL, pick your poison

So we've got Al Sharpton, Whoopi Goldberg, Raven Symone and now Miley Cyrus threatning to leave the US if Trump gets elected. There's 4 more good reasons to vote for Trump. DJT is like a wrecking ball!

For the sane reason the democrats are scared of him. They are scared to death that he will expose the good ole boy club , all the under the table deals and that a whole bunch may go to prison
The status quo where the lobbyist write the bills has been going on for so long and lining so many pockets and they ALL have been feeding on that $$$ tit. They are scared to death that the tit is going to dry up if trump gets in office.

They will name Trump the nominee. The consequences are to great if they don't. If they use some parlor tricks and name someone else despite Trump dominating the primaries it will be certain death of the republican party(which i wouldn't be to sad over).

The Problem with that is I truly believe that the RNC would purposely throw the election, I think they would rather put up with the B witch then have Trump or Cruz to dismantle their good ol boy system.

Amen to that, BUT with all the behind the scene efforts within the Republican establishment to stop him it appears as though if he don't get the 1237 votes to outright be the candidate & it goes to a brokered convention, they gonna get one of their "boys" in.

I think they do want that. But its not going to be possible to keep Trump or Cruz out as the nominee if either has an overwhelming majority of delegates but still short of the 1,237.

I know they do some behind the scenes shady stuff but this election is far from behind the scenes. It's the most transparent election ever held. I could be wrong though. The republican establishment might want to commit suicide.
