Default Weekend Report

Well gotta report the good and bad Was fired up all week with this weather we were having and on top of that a full moon, should have been curtains so i thought. Went to Lake of the Big Friday about 2 pm, and after 4 hours of fishing for trout, caught ONE. Got plenty of redfish in the freezer so didn't try for them. Today (Saturday) decided to try something different and went to Prien Lake this afternoon for the first time. Fished an hour or so in some deeper water and finally about 3 caught a nice trout in 4 feet of water. Trolling motor crapped out on us so had to rely on drifting and ended up with a dozen trout and 1 redfish as lagniappe.
