Default Cancel?

We have 28 people signed up as of this morning so we are having to consider canceling the event and issuing refunds. I want to give it one more day and see if more people that are on the fence sign up.

It's a great cause so I hate to let them down but we are not getting the interest or support this year so this looks like the last year unless something changes.

I am out of town but I will work on an updated list as soon as I can. We did get 7 more today so our total is around 35 as of right now.

Maybe just give shirts to early register but I think it would be good to register all the way till day of a lot of people decide last minute they just won't get a shirt but it still gains money for charity

There is a lot that goes into planning this. You need to know how many people to cook for, how many tables to get, etc, it's not just about the shirts. A 40 person tournament would not be profitable for the foundation by the time expenses were covered.

So get off your butts and pay today or no tournament.
