But when you get off work or its the weekend! Weather wants the change.
What's happening in prien lake. It's been quite in regards to fishing during the winter months!

The water in Prien Lake has been "fresh" due to all the rain in the last couple of months. It is just now starting to come up above 1 ppt at the I-10 bridge reading.

Then 2 days ago.... I got 1.7" rain so that will slow down the return of salt water for a few more days.

I caught a few 4# specks in that freshwater.

That being said, the few times I've been since we've gotten all this rain haven't been nearly as productive as they were beforehand.
