They are definitely cool creatures. I was lucky enough to see one and get to swim with it. Gentle giants.

I swam with them off on Cancun last year. Was hoping that one day one would swim overhead while I was scuba diving since that hadn't happened yet I went ahead and went on one of the diving with whale shark tours in Mexico. Was fun and it didn't seem to bother them too much.

Awesome video

I had the chance to swim with the one that was hanging around thunder horse. I was only able to swim with him for a couple of minutes. When the other guys in the boat saw what I was doing they all jumped in and spooked him.

See quite a few while flying out in the gulf....they are some huge animals
