Default No Looting Reports

So far I have not heard of one looting report in my area, where is CNN to report that.

Good point, one of the things I love about south LA everyone pulls together in tuff times. Understand it happened way back when Audrey hit and there was no government assistance/intervention. Everyone banded together and helped.

Even saw it with Rita in SW LA, the whole city banded together.

The media is a for profit industry, it has really taken a ethically and moral downturn as they only report very negative and antagonistic stories. It has become humerus if you see threw the bull####. It is no longer news but reality TV

Love my state and the Cajuns that live in it. Our whole office loaded up a van today with water and canned goods, we help each other out in tuff times, just in our culture.

Neighbors helping neighbors doesn't fit on the mainstream media or the presidents rating scale.

This picture sums it up IMO. One of the things I'm most proud about being from South La.

maybe a big reason is because black lives don't swim, so they avoid boats and high water.

let the water go down and you'll start hearing about thugs looting peoples stuff

any number of looters is unacceptable but 14 people is waaaaay better than expected. this is testament to all communities coming together in time of need. there will always be a few a$$holes in every group.

Which is why the media isn't covering any of it. There is nothing for the liberal media to report on that shows any type of discrimination or racial divide; no political platform to push any agenda.

Just some good ole Cajun folks helping EACHOTHER!

how's this for a looting report:

taken from facebook group page an hour or so ago but im sure word of this will be posted everywhere before long

"This is a pic of a mans boat that was used to evacuate people in Denham Springs. Left it tied up in Investars parking lot by the drive thru and some low life sc...umbag thief stole his 150 hp Yamaha 2 stroke motor off of it. All of us guys helped him load his motor less boat back on his trailor. Be on the lookout for people selling Outboard motors and Etc. Call the Sherriff's Dept with any info."

its simply amazing how low some people can be

I think the guy was taking a rest break to eat and get some sleep before going back out for more rescue work
