What motor do you have ? Most of the small engines used on the surface drives you can bypass the oil cooler with a single hose to get by for a few days till you can locate a replacement. I have a muddbuddy we have ran for two seasons without the oil cooler on it and have no issues .

In the cool temps it shouldnt be a problem at all .Like I said we run 21 briggs mudbuddys at our camp and one has been without an oil cooler for two years or so .We run the hell out of em and so far its still running strong. We run about 25 mins each way to our blinds for all duck season. Just get a piece of hose long enough to run in the place of the cooler and secure it with hose clamps and you should be fine for the weekend .
