Default BL 8/2

My family and I hit the lake for a day trip this morning in search of redfish. My kids are a little spoiled from trout at night so reds were on the menu today. We kept around 10 but probably caught over 30 and could not keep 5 or so trout away that wanted to take a ride with us. Water all over the lake was not bad and there were a ton of trout being caught over near the washout. We also found a couple of groups of birds but did not stop, one set was north of long point, the other was about 1/2 mile north of LSU south.

Back to work in the morning.

Default Good job

Hey, you could just drop a couple of those half shells next door in the freezer on your way out.

I didn't know you surfaced in the day anymore - was going to start calling you Count Chicken.

Great catch and love the smiles in those pics. That's what it's all about!
