how much is it worth?

Met a guy at the bayou earlier and started talking to him about his etec. He has a 25hp etec that is almost three years old and has two left on warranty. Its rope start. He told me make an offer. I got his number but dont know that much about the etecs. Anybody have a ballpark on where to start? I dont want to offend the man lowballing him.

I haven't heard much good about e-tec but I also haven't looked real hard at them..... what they run new $3000ish?

I havent heard that much about them but i havent looked into them that much either.im not sure what they run new but i knkw all the 25's ive called about were between $3200-$3600. im gonna call monday and see what they run new

I've heard good on them and the warranty was a good one. This was on the 25 like you're talking bout.
